1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Customer") and FoxOTP ("FoxOTP," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website foxotp.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FoxOTP operates an online marketplace that enables users to purchase temporary and virtual phone numbers in order to receive one-time passwords (OTPs) and SMS verification codes from third-party websites and applications. Numbers are sourced from third-party upstream providers, including but not limited to 5SIM and GrizzlySMS, and are made available to you on a temporary, non-exclusive basis for the duration of your order.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by law.
4. Account Registration & Security
- You may register using an email/password combination or via Google OAuth sign-in.
- Login and signup are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated/bot access.
- You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- FoxOTP reserves the right to suspend, ban, or delete any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk to the Service.
5. Orders, Numbers & Service Delivery
- When you place an order, FoxOTP allocates a temporary phone number sourced from an available provider for a limited, order-specific rental period.
- Numbers are shared resources and may have been previously used by other individuals on third-party platforms. FoxOTP makes no guarantee that a number will be free of prior registration history on any external service.
- Orders are subject to a defined validity/expiry window. If no OTP/SMS is received within the applicable time frame, the order will expire in accordance with our expiry and auto-refund rules described in Section 7.
- You agree to use rented numbers only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use the number with.
- FoxOTP does not control, and is not responsible for, the availability, policies, or acceptance of temporary numbers by third-party services.
6. Payments
- FoxOTP accepts payment via supported gateways, including UPI/Razorpay, card payments, and PayPal.
- All prices are displayed prior to purchase and are charged in the applicable currency at checkout. Card payments in non-base currencies are processed using a buffered exchange rate applied at the time of transaction.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. FoxOTP is not responsible for failed transactions caused by your payment provider or bank.
- All completed transactions are recorded in your account's payment and order history for your reference.
- FoxOTP does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Payment details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners.
7. Refunds & Order Expiry
- If an order expires without a successfully received OTP/SMS code, an automatic refund will be issued to your FoxOTP account balance in accordance with our provider-aware expiry rules.
- Refunds are generally issued as account credit and are not guaranteed to be reversible to your original payment method, except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
- Orders that are cancelled after a code has been successfully delivered, or after the applicable cancel-delay window has passed, are not eligible for a refund.
- FoxOTP reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or policies of any third-party platform accessed using a FoxOTP number.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including bot-detection or rate-limiting systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or rented numbers without our prior written consent.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service outside of any officially provided API.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, at FoxOTP's sole discretion.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
- FoxOTP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any account, at any time and without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse of the refund system, or any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to any legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Third-Party Services & Providers
The Service relies on third-party upstream providers (such as 5SIM and GrizzlySMS) for number availability and SMS delivery, and third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay and PayPal) for transaction handling. FoxOTP is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or policy changes originating from these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any resulting service disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, and materials associated with FoxOTP, excluding third-party content, are the property of FoxOTP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. FoxOTP does not guarantee that any specific temporary number will be accepted by any given third-party platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoxOTP and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FoxOTP in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoxOTP, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected] before pursuing any formal legal action.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
